MemberIt looks like the first one is a chastity device and the second is more like a dick extender. I think she realizes that he's extra hung and that normal chastity implements won't work. The smaller cage seems to have a hole but no lock (she won't need one anyway if she keeps him bound ;P ), the larger extender wouldn't typically have a hole or any need for a lock.
