The arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in the English language, by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.

MemberI haven't dabbled in anything mugen related in over 10+ years (in of character updates) so I may be a bit wrong on this but based on my file, the screen pack is called "UMMC (Meldo Edit) 1.0" and if it's still there, the website Mugenarchive should still have it.
Only reason I'm still using 1.0 is for the 3v3 or 4v4 "fight" addons that 1.1 doesn't have (I think). So I'm not 100% certain if this screenpack is out for a higher version of mugen. Assuming you are even using it that.
