No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

The arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in the English language, by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.

Dan, Jason, and Adam are all real people. Dan and Jason were people Greg went to high school with (Dan actually had a garage band that did actually cut a record back in '89) and Adam was a guy I went to university with. Adam was from the Jane & Finch area of Toronto and had a lot of stories about the place. We sometimes joked that he was the "Guy from Dirty Harry Drive".
