MemberI think this is fair point. While specified by the creator/artist that the "all characters consent" notice was because of Patreon, I think it's also fair to add it simply to state that purpose outside of that reason alone.
I know that, more so when reading, I'll wonder if x character consented or not, because some of the time it's ambiguous. In those cases, it would be up to the viewer to decide if they think x character did or didn't consent, which hey, is fair enough.
I know that even something as simple as that can completely change something for me. The best way I can describe it is like it being more wholesome. Of course that's just my opinion, but still. In fact, a lot of the stuff I write in my free time is heavy on clear consent simply because it makes me feel nice to know the characters involve did actually consent.
And of course at the end of the day it's all fantasy and none of the characters were real anyway, but even though the characters may not be real, the emotions I feel seeing them are. And again, that's just my take on it.
All in all, I think it's also fair to add an "all characters consent" outside of just adding it so the content stays up, which still is a valid reason. I just think the person who originally was trying to convey that may have not been able to that well.

There's such an exaggerated style to the action that I can't help but ire, it throws dozens of characters at you in rapid fire but flows so well with the music that you just go along with it. There's a kind of ridiculousness to the situations that's all absolved by the willing suspension of disbelief, thanks to the enthusiasm and effort in the animation, it's an interesting feeling.
