On a relatively realistic related rhetoric… I find it interesting that in real snakes, the cloaca marks where the digestive system ends and where the tail actually begins. Based on that, the correct location for her parts—or a male snake's—should be about 2/3 of the way down the tail.
I just think it would be funny if, in a story, the main character is trying to rub against the snake person's waist, and the snake person has to inform them that they aren't anywhere near their genitalia.
