    thats normal for canines to have that skinny piece connecting the knot to the body. although i dont know why O.o

    Just a guess, but probably so they can actually go ass to ass which they like to do after knotting.

    Correct, the penis root is a very strong very flexible part of the penis, that lets the penis rotate and twist enough for the male to dismount and turn while tied to the female. Without it going ass to ass would be very painful indeed.

    When tied it becomes visible as the knot gets pulled away from the canines body, by what ever he is tied too.
