No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

The arbitration shall be conducted exclusively in the English language, by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with the AAA Rules.

MemberI think they've mistaken the term Halfling for Half-blood. since a Halfling is a Hobbit in Tolkein or D&D Lore, I'm going to assume they meant Half-blood and the bottom is half shark, half dragon.
I mean it is all in the realm of fantasy, so I suppose they could use the term Halfling however the artist sees fit. :P
