The second part is a little confusing as Google lens translates it to dove, but after translating a comment on the non x-ray version declaring blueberries to be better, I isolated that part of the image and got a result of some bog berries, they have some similarities to, but are different from blueberries.
So that last part is probably complementing the flavor of the cake with "m-m-m, bog berries"
