No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.
Subject to the prior written Notice of Dispute requirement above, either you or we may initiate arbitration by filing a demand for arbitration with the AAA, and paying the required filing fee, as set forth in the AAA Rules.
