(They don't always have an exit wound, so no secondary hits on ers-by, much more effective at stopping shitbags too. In general though, entry wound is usually like a poke with the exit wound being larger due to disforming of the bullet, and cavitation upon entry. Also interesting is that the bullet can curve once inside the body due to hitting bones and such.)
