MemberWell a BMT would be Genoa Salami, Pepperoni and Ham, however that top meat is white so it is the turkey, which means it could be the Turkey Italiano; which is the same sandwich as the BMT, but instead it substitutes ham for turkey.
However the other two meats do not look like Pepperoni or Genoa Salami, so it cannot be the Turkey Italiano. The pink meat in the middle is definitely ham and so the dark meat on the bottom must be roast beef. it is important to note that Subway discontinued roast beef earlier this or last year (I can't ) which means that this succulent sandwich being shoved into Loonas beautiful mouth is the discontinued "Subway Club" sandwich, with turkey, ham and roast beef.
