No less than thirty (30) calendar days before we commence arbitration, we will send you a Notice of Dispute to the email address that you provide to us.

MemberI think it's only in fairly populated areas that pegasi bother with controlling the weather. The dragons don't normally enter pony territory--the closest they come is NEAR Ponyville, and that's just because Ponyville is near the wilds. Fluttershy actually lives IN the wilds.
