Memberno worries! the above comment covers that as well as i could - unless if by blocked you mean the animation style (stepped, on-twos, etc.).
the reasoning behind the animation style being blocked is that it's just the manner in which i learned to animate when starting out in SFM and is how im most comfortable animating now. when i was doing my first animation a few years back, i decided to block out the main poses - but i unintentionally ended up going really in-depth and blocking out basically every minor movement. when i applied any sort of interpolation to the keyframes, it just didn't really feel as impactful to me as the uninterpolated version, so i decided it could be worth forgoing that element all together and animating in that blocky style. ever since then it kinda just stuck with me. hopefully that answers your question :]
