MemberI would think most people would assume they're related purely because of the stripes. They're similar, and Blues stripes in other themselves are pretty distinctive. Given that, it can also be implied that blues DNA might've been used in the original Indominus Rex, since when her and the I-Rex were talking was the big reveal that they used Raptor DNA in it.
If anything, I guess Blue would be the.. grandmother or some such of Ripper, through generational cloning.
